We work to the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and HSE guidance on every site, whether we are developing our own schemes or acting as principal contractor for our clients.
Every job starts with a construction phase plan and project-specific risk assessments and method statements. Everyone on site gets an induction and we only appoint competent, vetted subcontractors. Sites are kept secure, organised and tidy with regular inspections throughout.
